1. Do I have to apply for work permits for talents?

No, we will hire them under our Indonesian entity

2. Do I have to provide a laptop for the talents?

We do not provide laptops for talents. You can ask the talent to use their own or provide one.

3. Who provides the talents contract?

We will provide the contract for talents.

4. Do I need to provide accommodation and transportation for talents?

No, because they will work remotely from their own home.

5. Who will manage the talents?

You will manage the talents directly, but we will provide supervision and a community for peer support and motivation.

6. Is there a guarantee plan in place?

Our 30 days guarantee will be valid once the talents onboard. If the talents is found to be unfit during the period, we will review and provide a talent replacement for free within 30 days for the 3 months contract, 2 talent replacements for the 6 months contract and 3 talent replacements for the 12 months contract.
